Winnipeg, MB has something for everyone on International Trails Day

The countdown is on! We’re five sleeps away from June 2nd – the day set aside to celebrate Trails. We’ll be posting event details right here throughout the week, as well as on Facebook, Twitter, and our Interactive Map. So stay tuned…and set aside some time this Saturday to explore and discover your local trails!

First up – Winnipeg, Manitoba. Events will be posted by province or territory except in the case of trail-crazy Winnipeg (which boasts 81km of Trans Canada Trail within the city). No less than NINE free events will be held on Saturday; oppoortunities for young and old to get outside  and enjoy! (There’s more info on the way from Manitoba’s Crocus Trail and the Rossburn Subdivision Trail.)

The following list was compiled by the awesome folks at the Winnipeg Trails Association  – a big thank you to WTA and all of the local stewardship Volunteers who make the Trail experience so special for everyone.

All events are FREE and will be held rain or shine!
