All about the new Highway 401 Pedestrian/Cycling Bridge

A brand-new pedestrian and cycling bridge, linking the TCT between Cambridge and Kitchener, was officially inaugurated on Sunday, October 21st. The $1.7-million construction cost was funded equally by the Region of Waterloo, the City of Cambridge, and the City of Kitchener, along with a $100,000 grant from the Trans Canada Trail organization. 4th Annual Achilles Rail Trail Relay on Saturday, Sept. 22nd

The Achilles Track Club of Peterborough is organizing this event, which runs from Kinmount to Peterborough and finishes on the TCT in Jackson’s Park.
