Opening ceremonies for the new pedestrian and cycling link were held under balmy conditions on Sunday, October 21st. The event was attended by over 500 enthusiastic supporters and featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, an inaugural walk, refreshments, and information displays about the construction.
