CANADA 150/2017 STARTS NOW—with the Trans Canada Trail

CBC/Radio-Canada has announced the cities and dates for its CANADA 150/2017 STARTS NOW conference series, on which the Trans Canada Trail (TCT) is proud to collaborate.

“We’re honoured to be part of CBC/Radio-Canada’s plan to organize a lively and enriching national conversation,” says Deborah Apps, President & CEO of TCT. “We look forward to participating in this project, which is a wonderful complement to the work we’re doing at the Trail to connect all Canadians from coast to coast to coast by 2017.”

Trans Canada Trail partners can look forward to an event in their region on the following dates. The event in Yellowknife will connect other communities in Northern Canada through technology.

The goal of the conference series is to inform, inspire and incubate local, regional and national discussions around 2017. As a collaborator, TCT will provide advice on the organization of the regional talks.
