Trans Canada Trail x 1% for the Planet
Join the movement: Trans Canada Trail is now registered as an environmental partner with 1% for the Planet
Did you know that Trans Canada Trail is registered as an environmental partner with 1% for the Planet? Through this exciting membership, businesses can now partner with us as part of their pledge to donate 1% of their annual sales to support environmental organizations.
Bringing together a network of businesses and environmental partners working towards a better future for all, 1% for the Planet makes environmental giving easy. The organization was started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies. Since that time, their members have donated hundreds of millions of dollars to approved environmental partners.
As a national charity that relies on generous donors and partners to undertake our important work from coast to coast to coast, Trans Canada Trail is always looking to partner with brands whose vision aligns with our own, and who join us in working towards greater access to the outdoors across the country. Our vision includes preparing the Trail today to address the challenges of tomorrow, working towards conservation and sustainability both now and for the generations to come.
Supporting Trans Canada Trail through the 1% for the Planet® program is an efficient way to support environmental initiatives, raise awareness about conservation and sustainability, and show the world how your business is helping.
