Gaby Emard

Director, Finance

Gaby Emard is Director of Finance at Trans Canada Trail. Based in British Columbia, she brings a background in nonprofit leadership and a mix of strategic finance and operational expertise. With her CPA designation and experience guiding both financial strategy and organizational operations, Gaby helps ensure resources are stewarded effectively to support the Trail’s national mission.

Outside of work, she enjoys biking, hiking and walking her dog along the Trail, as well as volunteering with her local Search and Rescue team. Her favourite sections of the Trail include the Sea to Sky Trail through the Cheakamus Canyon and the Ridge Meadows Trail, which winds through farmland and along the Alouette River with sweeping views of the Golden Ears Mountain Range.
