Edmond Nankam

Edmond is a business lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions. 

He is the co-founder of Endlex Légal, a boutique law firm based in Montreal that focuses on business law as well as civil and commercial litigation. In his practice, he assists clients with a wide range of business law matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses and the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements. 

Edmond holds a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa, a Juris Doctor (JD) in North American common law from the University of Montreal, and a diploma of collegial studies in paralegal technology from O’Sullivan College. 

Edmond is based in Montreal, Quebec, and outside of work, he is passionate about soccer, boxing and long-distance running. 

He has been involved with Trans Canada Trail since 2013, first as a legal technician while studying law, and held several roles within the organization before being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2022.
