Improving accessibility in the heart of Glenbow Ranch
An oasis of calm between Calgary and Cochrane, Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park is a stunning Trail section that follows the Bow River and leads to spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
TCT wants to ensure that this stunning Trail section can be fully enjoyed by all, and is funding the construction of a new viewing platform over the Tiger Lily Pond, a popular lookout point on the Trail. This project will include the construction of a ramp, so that all visitors will be able to appreciate the pondlife that can be viewed from the platform. In addition, four new interpretive signs will explain the flora, fauna and history of the area.
