
Chrissy Cusack
As Coordinator for Community Development and Volunteers, Chrissy works closely with Trail partner groups across the country, providing support in capacity-building, strengthening partnerships and helping groups navigate grants, programs, and other key aspects of Trail development.
Based on the East Coast of Canada, Chrissy holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Natural Resources and a Master’s in Environmental Management. Her diverse experience spans conservation strategies for Atlantic salmon, endangered tree species, park management and outdoor programming. Her deep-rooted love for nature and the outdoors fuels her enthusiasm for trail running, hiking, cross-country skiing and kayaking.
For Chrissy, working with Trans Canada Trail is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to foster meaningful outdoor experiences and strengthen communities through trails.
