The Trans Canada Trail is connected across more than 28,000 km from coast to coast to coast, but it’s not complete! It continues to need ongoing repairs and maintenance as more and more Canadians use the Trail to keep mentally and physically healthy, now and into the future. Your leadership gift of $1,000 or more will ensure Trans Canada Trail continues to enhance and protect this national treasure.
Your gift is essential to:
- Make the Trail more accessible by adding amenities such as benches, restrooms, guidewires and ramps to ensure that everyone – and particularly seniors and people with physical disabilities – has safe and equal access to Canada’s beautiful natural spaces
- Convert roadways into greenways for better and safer cycling, walking and hiking experiences that bring Trail users closer to nature
- Support trail-building projects for community and Indigenous partners, and for enhancing skills development in youth
