If you’ve connected with us through any of our social media channels, you can thank Meggie Carrier, our Coordinator, Social Media. With 10 years of experience in English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching and six years of designing and promoting educational content, along with social media management skills, she brings a unique blend of creativity and strategy to Trans Canada Trail’s online presence.

Based in the heart of Montreal, you’ll often find her relaxing on the Trail beside the Plateau’s greatest gem, La Fontaine Park. Here, her love of nature blends seamlessly with her favorite pastime—playing pétanque with friends under the warm summer sun.

Music is another of Meggie’s passions. Listeners in Quebec and beyond enjoy her wide-ranging indie-rock selections on her show “POP Velours” every Friday night on CKIA-FM radio.
