Challenge yourself, friends and family to get on the Trans Canada Trail and show us how you turn your winter blahs into awesome ahhhs. You’ll boost your own energy and inspire others to do the same. And you might win a great prize too!

To be eligible to enter the contest for a chance to win a prize pack containing loads of awesome items from Columbia Sportswear and Trans Canada Trail, entries must be submitted: 

• Via social media (posted to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and must use the hashtags #Blahs2Ahhhs and #TransCanada Trail
