The Trail Builders of Tomorrow initiative provides a combination of education and employment experiences and resources, while promoting inclusion in the trail sector and greater longevity in the trail workforce. Through education and work experiences, the next generation will have the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to trails  across Canada, including the Trans Canada Trail.

Delivered in partnership with community groups, our Trail Crew Training workshops, curriculum and instructor guide provide hands-on experience in trail stewardship, offering insights into sustainable design, construction, signage and much more.
