The Trans Canada Trail is delighted to celebrate the full connection of our national Trail in PEI. Garfield Weston Foundation; the Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans; Mrs. Laureen Harper, Honorary TCT Campaign Chair; and Paul LaBarge, Chair of the Trans Canada Trail.
